Loved the hotel. It was very convenient since it was literally on the A&M Campus so you could walk out and explore. The staff was amazing and very friendly!

The overall feeling meet four-star hotel requirement. Come here for the Texas am conference summit. The environment is quite spacious and bright. We do appreciate their concierge service with a gentleman pick you up at the front of the entrance. The front desk is absolutely professional operated with a wonderful hospitality. Room is quite clean, chill and newly-refurbished without any smell. I need to point out some drawbacks of their conference organizers (not sure if they outsource it to third party ), to me, their WiFi service is high-speed but I don’t like the schedule time with early in the morning with barely no rest at all until night. How would a jet-lag person counters this schedule. Plus, I do reckon their allocation is kind messy such with everyone sitting in a small conference room densely sitting site by site front by front. If someone who is taller than you, you cannot see anything from the projector. In conclusion, it is not bad. But we would appreciate an improvement in between.

We’ve stayed here a few times while in town for our kids’ graduations, and each experience has been nothing short of excellent. From the moment we pull into the parking lot, we’re greeted by friendly and helpful staff who truly go above and beyond. The front desk team is always welcoming, check-in is smooth, and the entire property is clean and comfortable. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here. This has become our preferred hotel, and we’ll definitely continue staying here every time we visit.

This is a very nice hotel and conference center, especially if you are a big Texas A&M fan. There is Aggie & TAMU spirit throughout the hotel, even in the shower. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel as a whole is very clean and comfortable. We really loved it. The only thing we were not pleased with was the housekeeping service for special requests at night. We requested additional towels and had to call 3 times for them to bring them. It was only like 6 pm so it wasn’t very late but that was very inconvenient. Our room was facing the field and that was pretty cool

Walked to the front desk staff and it seemed that we were the first customers they ever encountered. No greetings - almost trying to ignore us. Very odd. The rest of the hotel was exceptional.

I'm a former campus tour guide (3 years running) so was exposed to a much greater cross section of campus than probably anyone outside of facilities staff. I also stayed a few times at the old MSC hotel circa '06-07 (lol). All that to say - this new hotel is mind-blowingly awesome. The staff is amazing. Top 3 facilities upgrade in the past 2 decades, up there with the Mays and Zachary rebuild/rebrands, will be raving about it for a while. Only constructive criticism is I will agree with some of the other reviews on that the Internet is terrible. Don't get the parking complaints though, the skywalk is extremely convenient and easy to find.

I stayed off-site but spent three full days at the Texas Master Naturalist conference here, and this place was un-be-leaf-ably good. The conference rooms were so comfortable that nobody complained about being indoors, which is rare for a bunch of naturalists who normally think walls are optional. The AV setup worked perfectly every time, no technical bugs… the only bugs were the ones we were excited to identify. The coffee breaks kept everyone buzzing, the snacks had us grazing like happy herbivores and lunch and dinner were so good that people started migrating toward the buffet like it was peak bird season. On day three I am pretty sure seating choices became a competitive sport. When dusk arrived, our true instincts kicked in and the whole group fluttered outside for moth hunting with blacklights and UV lights. Hotel guests walking by looked unsure whether we were starting a nightclub or running an insect crime lab. Either way, we had a moth-nificent time and absolutely no regrets. The staff was amazing, the food was fantastic and the conference center ran smoother than a freshly composted garden bed. Five stars and I would gladly return. Next time I might pack binoculars, a field guide and maybe a net, because you never know what will turn up around the landscaping.

Positive first - you can’t beat location facing Kyle field. Plenty of self park - with direct access to hotel from garage. Garage is covered to keep your car cooler during hot days. Consierge was friendly, proactive and a rare commodity in the hotel game these days. Kudos to SEAN for the assistance and by far the best looking A&M jacket I’ve seen in a while. Overall a great showing from front of the house. Room was clean and recently renovated. Good design and plenty of room. Bathroom was also to rate. Negatives? Earplugs are provided with a whimsical note and history of the train that runs next to the hotel. If you are a light sleeper - use them. 5am whistle was a reliable alarm clock while I was there. 6am is ROTC workouts on the field which may wake you as well. Internet is throttled for basic service. If you don’t know what that means - google it. Basic internet is NOT suitable for streaming. Very unpleasant having shows stop at regular intervals. Business internet may be just fine. My complaint is about video. Lastly - there were two lamp bulbs missing. I had to cannibalize bulbs from other fixtures for my bed lamp. Easy fix - should be a checklist item for housekeeping manager. Don’t let my complaints steer you away. Great spot! Just beware of the little complaints.
